We’ll meet 1-1 for a few months leading up to the promotion cycle.
Standing Up & Standing Out
Perfect for women ready to amplify their voices. This program focuses on building the confidence to effectively showcase your achievements and results—whether you’re preparing for a new role or looking to command respect in your current one. We’ll schedule regular 1-1 sessions to build up your confidence so you lead radiantly.
Ignite Sessions
Short, focused coaching sprints designed for those “in-the-moment” needs. Whether it’s a big presentation, promotion talk, or tough negotiation, these sessions provide immediate strategies and support to help you shine. This is a series of three meetings leading up to a key milestone to get the support & tools you need.
