I’ve walked the path you’re on. With over 16 years in the tech industry, leading global Customer Success and Support teams through massive transitions and restructures, I know the challenges of navigating a fast-paced, male-dominated field.
I also know the power of showing up authentically, trusting your strengths, and leading with purpose. As a queer woman who came out later in life, I’ve experienced what it feels like to stand out in spaces that don’t always feel safe. Learning to trust myself and embrace my full identity has been key to my success—and I’m here to help you do the same.
